In the section “My User Account” you can see your order history as well as your current pending orders. You are able to modify any order details, receive discounts, access your newsletter, leave comments and upload pictures. For security reasons, all changes must be done by you. Click on “My User Account” and sign in with your email address and password.

Once you have signed in, you will be able to access the section you are interested in from the menu located on the left hand side of the screen.

In the “My Details” section you will find an in-depth view of the information we store about you. Feel free to make any changes to ensure that our records are up to date. Simply make the necessary changes and then click “Modify My Details”.

In this section you will be able to see a record of all of your orders. This will include the order number, order date, order status and payment method. You can download your bills and also access the details of all of your order.

In this section you will be able to process your pending returns at Funidelia. Simply click on the corresponding order, select the product(s) you wish to return and the reason why and then follow the instructions in our Returns Policy.

By writing reviews about our store and the products you have purchased, you may be entitled to discounts as a thank you for helping us improve our services.

You can upload photos of your costumes and parties. We may feature these photos in our product description page, which is another way for you to earn discounts!

Interact with us directly on Facebook and Twitter.

Make sure you check the expiry date of the vouchers that you accumulate, because sometimes they are only valid for a certain period of time.

If you’re interested in products that are out of stock at Funidelia, you can request to receive an email notification when the product is available. This section contains a list of all of your requested products.
